Beautiful river views, lots of nice walking trails, friendly staff, HUGE sites, lots of elbow room, full hook ups, FREE Laundry! We had issues with our truck while we were here, so we had to extend our stay while waiting for truck repairs. The staff was more than accommodating. An older park and rest room, but still clean enough.

Nov 04, 2022 · Avon by the Sea is an incredible place to stay and enjoy some of the best features of Hatteras Island. We camped with our gooseneck 30ft long LQ horse trailer. Hooking-up was simple and we appreciated the lights on the hook-up post for at night time. The beach was only a few steps away as well as the food trailers for breakfast and lunch.

Oh, and pretending that you're a lumberjack or truck driver when in fact you're a florist in San Francisco and sound like it. Frustrating.
